It’s absolutely no cost to you and becoming a Select Employer Group (SEG) offers superb financial products and services, top notch financial education, and one-on-one financial counseling. As your credit union partner, we pledge to assist all of your employees with their financial needs, be courteous and professional, provide competitive products and services, and provide free financial wellness seminars at your site, to name a few.
What is a Select Employer Group?
SEGs are employers who have partnered with a credit union to offer financial products and services to their employees. BRECO does not service the community at large, but rather focuses on relationships with and services only employer groups. In other words, not just anyone can join your credit union, which makes us and you special!
Who is BRECO FCU?
BRECO was chartered in 1934, and what began as a credit union with one employee, has now grown into a full service financial partner focused on the needs of our members. Our mission statement captures the heart of who we are, "Building relationships by changing lives; one member, one employee, and one dream at a time." It is our hope that we can do just that for your employees.
Partnering with BRECO is free and easy. We simply have you fill out a few forms to be submitted to our Board of Directors, and the NCUA (National Credit Union Administration) for review and approval. Approval usually takes anywhere from 30-90 days. Once approved, we will contact you to schedule a visit and introduction to your employees and sign them up for membership!
