Quickly and easily access your account and transaction information with our Telephone Banking service… Call in anytime, day or night, 365 days a year.

When you log into Telephone Banking the first time:

  • Enter your "Member Number".

  • Enter your “Personal Identification Number,” which will be your last 4 digits of your Social Security number.

  • Then a new prompt will ask you to change your “Personal Identification Number”.

  • Telephone Banking session will then begin.
